A Composite SAP Core (also known as SAP Paper Core) uses multiple ultra-thin airlaid substrate layers mechanically sandwiching high-purity SAP (up to 70% SAP by weight). This produces an ultra-thin (1.5mm to 2.0mm) profile that absorbs up to 900ml without clumping, shifting, or breaking during vigorous toddler movement.
Rewet value (the amount of fluid forced back to the topsheet under body pressure) is strictly controlled through three engineering barriers: 1) Utilizing Japanese Sumitomo Seika SAP with rapid fluid gelation under pressure (AUP ≥ 25 g/g at 0.7 psi); 2) Incorporating a high-bulk 45gsm Acquisition Distribution Layer (ADL) that channels fluid longitudinally within 3 seconds; 3) Micro-embossed hydrophobic topsheet fibers that maintain zero liquid capillary retention against baby skin.

For mixed-size orders, we recommend 1x40HQ container (approx. 360,000 to 400,000 pieces), which can combine 3 to 4 sizes (e.g., S, M, L, XL). For trial orders or unprinted plain packaging, lower minimums can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Depending on diaper thickness, core compression, and polybag count: A standard 40HQ container holds approximately 360,000 to 420,000 pieces of ultra-thin baby diapers (vacuum packed in high-density bales or compressed polybags); approximately 90,000 to 115,000 pieces of adult incontinence tape diapers; approximately 85,000 to 95,000 pieces of adult pull-up pants; and approximately 180,000 to 220,000 pieces of 60x90cm nursing underpads. We supply custom 3D container loading plans with every proforma quotation.
